Return / Exchange or Product Item Missing

When You Can Request a Return or Exchange

  • If you received a damaged or broken product.
  • If the product delivered is incorrect or not what you ordered.
  • If the product appears to be used, tampered, or altered.
  • If there is a missing item in your order package.

Important Guidelines:

1. Customers must raise their request within 5 days of receiving the order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. For quick and fair resolution, customers must provide an unboxing video when raising a claim for damaged, wrong, or missing products.
This video should clearly show:

  • The unopened package before opening.
  • The process of opening the package.
  • The condition of the products received.

This evidence helps us verify your request and ensures a smooth refund or replacement process.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds will be processed only after proper verification and credited to your original payment method as per standard banking timelines.
  • Exchanges / Replacements will be arranged once the returned product has been received and inspected, or immediately in case of pre-approved claims.
